We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve the ShowStart platform: Account Information When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. Project & Document Data When you create a project and upload production documents — including quotes, riders, stage plots, site maps, and other event files — we store that content securely to provide analysis and retrieval functionality. Usage Data We collect standard usage information such as log data, browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and feature interactions. This information is used to improve platform performance, diagnose technical issues, and understand how the platform is used at an aggregate level. Payment Information Payment transactions are processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). ShowStart does not store or have access to full payment card details. We retain only transaction metadata such as subscription status and billing history.

When you upload production documents to ShowStart, those files are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in secured cloud infrastructure. Documents are processed by our AI analysis system for the sole purpose of generating operational readiness reports on your behalf. Uploaded documents are: • Stored securely and associated only with your account and projects • Processed by AI models to generate analysis outputs • Never reviewed by ShowStart employees except in limited circumstances such as security incident investigation or when you explicitly request support involving document content • Never used to train AI models or improve ShowStart's AI systems without your explicit consent • Never shared with third parties except as required to provide the service (e.g., AI inference providers operating under strict confidentiality agreements) Your production documents are your property. We do not claim any rights to the contents of your uploaded files.

ShowStart stores all user data — including account information, project metadata, and uploaded files — on secure cloud infrastructure hosted by enterprise-grade providers with industry-leading security certifications. Our infrastructure practices include: • Data is stored in encrypted form at rest using AES-256 encryption or equivalent industry-standard encryption protocols • All data in transit between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher • Storage environments are isolated per application and protected by access control policies that limit internal exposure • Infrastructure access is restricted to authorized personnel on a least-privilege basis • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments are conducted on our infrastructure We take the security of your production documents seriously. Sensitive operational documents — including contractual quotes, artist riders, and logistical plans — are treated as confidential business information.

ShowStart employs multiple layers of security to protect your data: Access Controls Platform access requires authenticated sessions. API endpoints are protected against unauthorized access. Internal database access is restricted to authorized systems and personnel with documented need. Encryption All uploaded files are stored using encrypted storage. Network communications use TLS encryption. Authentication credentials are hashed and salted using industry-standard algorithms and are never stored in plaintext. Monitoring We operate continuous monitoring for anomalous access patterns, security events, and potential data breaches. Security events trigger automated alerts for immediate investigation. ShowStart's analysis features are powered by AI language models operated by third-party AI providers. When you upload documents and request analysis, document content may be transmitted to these AI providers for inference processing. All AI providers used by ShowStart: • Are bound by contractual data processing agreements that prohibit use of submitted content for model training • Operate under enterprise data handling terms with confidentiality obligations • Do not retain submitted content beyond the duration required to complete inference ShowStart does not share your document content with AI providers for any purpose other than generating the analysis reports you explicitly request. The AI analysis is a tool to assist your operational decision-making — not a means of extracting or commercializing your production data.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specific retention practices include: • Project and document data is retained indefinitely while your account remains active, so you can access your history and re-run analysis • If you delete a project or document within the platform, it is removed from your account view and queued for permanent deletion from our storage systems within 30 days • If you close your account, all associated data — including projects, documents, and analysis reports — will be permanently deleted within 60 days of account closure • Aggregated, anonymized usage data (which cannot identify you) may be retained for longer periods for platform improvement purposes • Transaction and billing records may be retained for a minimum period as required by applicable financial and tax regulations You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the information provided below.
